Hi, i confirmed couple hours ago my loot (3xpvp) and i didn’t get it. My quest (great vault loot) was complited but items are no on my bags or email. I tried to wait or relogin many times.
Same thing here. It seems I somehow got the stigia reward in place of the 220 chest piece I clicked on!!!
Then there were two buttons “Claim reward” and “Select” or something like that. I’m not sure which one I clicked on first, but I used both buttons as it wasn’t obvious how to get the item I was interested into.
I logged a support ticket and now waiting for a response. It would really hurt if they reject to restore the items 
After all, who the heck would pick stigia orbs over 34ilelev upgrade!!!
