When I asked Kwee Q. Peddlefeet in Ironforge for a Lovely Charm Collector’s Kit, I didn’t receive any.

Usually this happens when unique item is allready in your bank.
No it wasn’t in the bank. Got it from Stormwind but I thought if the NPC offers it, I should be able to get it.
