I Died to feign death on HC CLASSIC like WTF ? i press my FD and wait 6 min then i died ? can u ress my character ?
Sadly, if you are dead, you are dead.
But feel free to create an in-game ticket to both report the bug and get more information about what happened from a GM. Try to be very factual and outright about what happened. Profanity will not help your case. I get you are annoyed and frustrated - I would be too. So if needed, take a breather before you write the ticket. Do your best to achieve some zen.
The forum is only manned by CMs (community managers) and not GMs (game managers), CMs can not intervene or take any action inside the game. Best you would get is a blue saying that they can do nothing, and that you should contact the GM team.
I truely hope your next character will not share this same Jailers curse. Your death was all part of his master plan!

They will not ress your character under any circumstances, you just have to start over. Some lost their characters when the realm flopped over the other evening.
Upon character creation, you will be prompted to agree to both the hazards of hardcore realms and that death is permanent and irrevocable, as well as the rules around behavior between players.
It sucks when we die, either through our own fault or something else.
Feign Death for long enough in Vanilla and it will kill you, always has, always will. If you don’t know how to play a hunter, don’t complain when you do something silly and die from it. Reroll and try again.
