Im leveling a hunter in Legion remix atm and dont feel very powerful. Tried heroic mode and killing a mob is almost impossible.
Leveling seems very slow too.
Is this it? I thought remix was gonna be a fun, overpowered, fast paced style of play. Atm I dont see any difference between remix and ordinary WoW leveling.
I agree, this feels nothing like the MOP remix. It even feels slower than leveling in retail, which is a huge turnoff for me. My warrior just keeps gaining stamina while the rest of the stats stay low (currently at level 34).
I’m really not enjoying this, the plan is to just grind a bit more bronze for the few sets I like and then I’m done.
First character is always slow. It is just like chromie levelling. Next character should have XP boost but the power is definitely meh.
So basically, this is remix failing. Literally the opposite of what made it fun.
idk man in mop remix all it took was 2 introduction quests and I was on my mount actively chasing infinite main and secondary stat increases that accumilated directly on my item from looting things.
now all I can do is farm a powder that unlocks a limited amount of nodes that does the same, I had 100%+ stats through most of leveling through 10 to 60 in MOP, here its just straight out limited to 8% per gearpiece spent on 1-2 stats with no actual stat accumilation like we had in remix other then stamina
really baffles me that they called this a remix, beyond being able to collect all of legions collectibles.
I have a feeling its because it really just is a beta for heroic world tier that they don’t let things scale too insanely, otherwise what point is that data they’re collecting from it?
a shame they couldn’t just open a beta realm for it

I just meant the levelling speed. Next char will have minimum 50% increased XP from the warbound things I’ve got. As I said, the power is meh.

I am almost ilvl 600 on my frost mage, and i’m comically weak, weaker than my frost mage in retail at just 680ilvl. instant deaths in +2 keys from the affix. The rewards are nice but the remix missed the marked completely. And mythic+ is NOTHING like in Legion, it’s an inferior sweat version that scales way too fast. It’s also all buggy as hell. Really the only good thing is how fast you get bronze get stuff you like and get lost from remix.
Heroic world tier is boring af. What a slog. No it’s not classic, you now have to play piano for 5 minutes to kill 1 mob. You don’t feel upgrades at all. IT’s slow and boring

besides that, its SO BORING, theres no outlandish fun.
i dunno if i will be bothered to level a 2nd character now, its such a drag
its just bcz of the scaling, keep work on it, as soon as you unlock more tiers and finish leveling you will feel more powerful. If its like Diablo style tier of changing levels of maps and affixes then its supose to be first lvl 70 character boring in the beginning… idk why people say “boring”, legion was my first Expansion as i start playing at the end of WoD and i got such a beautiful experience… i can’t say it will be “boring” for myself… cuz i god damn love it, heck as soon as i can go from work i will play the 
out of it ! cuz it was so good first 3 characters i did experience with the whole expansion.

I also am bored. I tried m+ and mythic raid but no you’re not strong. I’m weaker than in retail with 70% haste and 60% crit lol. I don’t think ti does anything besides showing a high numbers. Legion was fun because it was legion, retail wow is not fun. M+ is scaling wrong and classes are a mess. It doesn’t translate well like this. I expected to be brokenly op by now. I’m not gonna grind for 1% more vers for hours lol.
Thi is by far the worst Legion experience you can have. You’re also much weaker than in Legion itself.
607 isn’t even close to fully geared.
720 is cap yes. but this isnt retail we shouldnt exepct to grind for weeks jsut to " cap"

i log in , i do the myth raid clear again. i hope the RNG boxes give me a upgrade.
i go m+ and do 100s of dungeons to cap an item that gives me artifact power for 1% ver for every 100 items collected.
i do this for weeks to gain a VERY MINOR increase. to clear raids or m+ that i have already cleared.
that is legion remix. its so bad it hurts.

If the feedback from PTR is not a lie, you should be able to do solo M+40 easily once fully geared and upgraded.
I would not expect this to happen without grinding a lot tho and not on the third day after release… Could be the best strategy is to just wait until December for catch-up…

it intentionally feels like it was made to be slow
MoP Remix was WAY better in comparison.

you have to keep going for +1% ver upgrades that take hours
or +3ilvl rewards from boxes
theres no catch up system to sling shot you to current players
take a break if players want to but with no catch up system. you still need to drag your heels in mud
The catch-up system will be that they up the powder drop rate to an absurd amount over the phases (later), so rewards then will give you quickly what you are now grinding for for ages. Don’t waste your time now on upgrades would be my advice.

That’s how it always works in my experience since BC - and how it was in MOP remix with the bronze.
I can remember seeing some road map for Lemix and there was clearly a separate line stating “Catch-up” on the flag containing December phase content.
