I don't like the Wandering Ancient mount

Anyone else thinks the face of the tree mount looks really damn bad? And the leaves look very outdated like they were barely worked on.

My biggest issue with it is that its not the tome mount. I will most likely not use the tree anyway, like any other big mount. Not a big fan of getting stuck in every door.

In the art section where they discuss mounts they were showing few concepts, first one was nerubian… didn’t you see it?

There are many hundreds of mounts in the game…very few from the Store and whether or not you like the Store designs, is entirely subjective.

I tuned out during the TBC stuff. Didn’t realise it was a segment.

It’s fan art and not what I’d have wanted from a Nerubian mount, but it’s unique, could have been cool.

I think the slime cat would have been my next favorite.

Nah i like it, voted for it, glad it won and it looks better than i expected from free mount.
I expected just a tirnen from ardenweald, but its a legit unique model.

Best part about this mount is of course the part when you can read about how people with other preferences felt literally betrayed popular vote didnt match theirs.

I like the tree, the face is ugly-ish but what do you expect from a tree?

My vote was a choice between tree and book (other ideas didn’t really appeal to me). In the end I wasn’t really sure if the book will be to my liking and also I figured there are plenty of magical themed mounts but hardly to no nature themed ones.

I also felt like with the book they might make it a floating board which would be disappointing, while a walking tree is a walking tree.

He looks evil, that was a bit disappointing, but honestly; I never saw myself actually using that mount much anyway.

It’s just another mount number XXX to add to my collection.

One thing that I like though; the seasonal changing of the leaves’ colour.

of course it looks old, it is very very old…

Saying that I can’t imagine ever using a big F off tree as a mount…
