fix gamebreaking bugs? nah
fix the STV fishing pools not spawning for two weeks making the fishing derby impossible because there are no pools to fish? nah
fix the two week long visual epilepsy ground instance display bug? nah
fix the graphic driver crash reload bug in cities? nah
upgrade servers so people can actually play the game or do big BGs without a 10 second delay? nah
nerf the two problem items that were giving too much gold down to a reasonable scale like the other items? nah, nuke them all to nothing.
a rare small number of smart pvpers having a good time for once? LOCK IT DOWN. SHUT IT DOWN INSTANTLY! CHANGE THE GAME AWAY FROM HOW IT WAS IN MOP! THEY WONT NEED TO BUY AS MANY WOW TOKENS!!!

Maybe because WoW isn’t viewed as pure PvP game to begin with? Name me a season, where PvE abuse wasn’t mandatory for any specs?

im guna guess ts the converting Honor to JP vendor so they can buy mats and sell?
or its the latest gold making video from youtube, where u can buy a lv60 classic weapon for 25 honor and sell for 10g, when you are getting thousands of honor, it probably adds up a chunk
You could buy 2 honor cloak which was sold for 1.5 gold. Entire honor cap could be converted to around 3.6k gold

They have made every single item below cataclysm 1 copper each now. Even the 700+ honor WOTLK items.

WoW is a PvE game, PvP is a diversity activity, basically pet battles on steroids. It was never meant to be autonomous or self-sufficient. Not sure what you wanted to convey by your comment

out of curiosity, what you need gold for if you are a pvper? can u use consumes in pvp? and do u have repair bills etc?
PvP should be discouraged as much as possible.

Consumes like flasks, pots, cooking buffs and items and profession things, engi grenades, nitro boosts and the like work in random BGs, possibly RBGs I don’t remember. Just not in arena except I think the engi glove buff did work at some point.
Everytime you do a BG you get honor, once you’re fully geared and alt specs geared etc you have nothing to use honor on anymore so it just gets wasted at 4k, now you can sometimes spend things with it, and they NEVER added a thing that you could just convert honor to bind on account items to send them over to your ungeared alts to get them prepped quicker. You could buy a few things like some trash gems and before old content pieces of honor gear for small gold amounts.
A full honor cap worth was worth less than just soloing an old raid but requires a LOT more time and effort in the actual expansion itself. So it was hardly some get rich quick scheme.

Cuz i see a vendor that sells PVP gems and Trade goods that can be used to level your professions, Bag of herbs for flasks etc?

Before prepatch hit, it was accurate to how MoP was.
the PVP vendor that sells cata profession goods is absolutely worthless.
Those herbs sell for 1g each on average now and you can buy 5 satchels of them for 4k honor cap which is a whopping total of 100 gold, the best one is 20 embersilk which are a whopping 2g each! so you make 40g per and you can buy 6 for 4k and that comes to a grand total of 240g on the AH! if they sell, and ignoring the AH cut.
You could before buy items and deal with the annoyance of having your bags FILLED with honor items and after either WAITING 2 hours or equipping ALL of them and vendoring them, make 1k gold with all the hassle. then in prepatch they messed up and made the cloaks sell for 2 honor and 1.8 gold each for 3600 gold with A LOT of hassle. which was in reality too much and i wouldnt mind if THAT was the only thing being nerfed. they have changed all honor pieces to vendor for 1 copper now. every single piece. all the pieces that barely sold for any gold at all in the first place or the wotlk items that cost 750 honor and vendored for like 20g
Yea i wasnt meaning you buy the goods to sell, i mean you want pots/flasks was my logic, u buy the herbs with the honor u have cuz theres nothing to buy and use them to craft your consumes.
it might just be a quick “oh crap” patch, til they sort out prices that they deem viable. But given how close it is to MoP now i doubt anythings guna happen anytime soon
In classic tbc people just afk’d alterac valley and other bgh’s would have 1 hour queue. We don’t want honor farming to be a thing again.
it wasnt a issue whole cata. great its always pve focus this game. its like the devloper is working against this part of the playerbase. instead of making it convient … then they should ban professions from pvp completely its so tilting

PVP is the activity with more viwers in streaming, more than PVE.
PVP is most skilled activity in WoW, more than PVE.
In the AWC, you earn more money per person if you’re the winner than in the MDI.
But ok, WoW is PVE, all for you.
