I see you are not L70 yet so TWW guides are not for you.I would share a link to a good fuide but it’s not allowed here.

If you pick correct (probably 1st) link, then you just pick profession and expansion you actually play.But generally skilling professions in old content is now simplier than before.
But compared to the past, it is no longer necessary to skill prrofessions in every expansion, if you plan a fast progression to TWW, you don’t have to worry about it, every expansion has its own system and you don’t need to skill the old ones.
