Ask me anything.
Who’s your psychiatrist and can he/she subscribe me whatever your having
No psychiatrist.
I hate dampening like everyone else of course, but Dragonflight is the first expansion where I can press 1 button, get instantly into arena fights and get the rating I deserve without having to put up with sweaty tryhards from the LFG.
Launch the game. Press 1 button. Play ranked PvP immediately. Climb the ladder.
It’s just nice and convenient. Not to mention we no longer have to play so much PvE.
This expansion feels like WoD but with slightly worse class design. Pretty solid and enjoyable overall. I like it.
Why high rated healers complain less than low rated healers?
Most likely because high rated healers are playing with high rated DPS players.
This means we can rely on them more.
Basically, imagine I’ve just been CC’d as a healer. I have my trinket available, but I notice that the Hunter also has Turtle available. So, I’m expecting him to press Turtle. I therefore choose to sit this CC, and save my trinket for more urgent situations.
Well, the high level DPS players will indeed press Turtle. The low level Hunter won’t, and he’ll die with his defensives available, which will upset the healer who’s been tracking his CDs and knows full well that he could have saved himself in this situation.
Being able to rely on your DPS team mates and sit CC’s when they have low HP because you can reasonably expect them to kite, play defensive or use their CDs properly removes some stress from the healer arena experience.
It’s also less frustrating to lose because of your own mistakes, rather than because of someone else’s mistake. Losing because the other guy didn’t press turtle is infuriating because you feel like “you deserved to win here”, it’s just that “this idiot didn’t press his button”.
Frustration. Anger. Both of which lead to rage posts on Reddit.
There is no way for inexperienced players to prepare for Solo Shuffle, except to play it. So at low ratings it’s a slaughterhouse and constant rage. Healers get tilted because people don’t press defensives or line them.
The unranked shuffle from SL was a good way to practice and slowly get into it, but they removed it so that it doesn’t divert too many healers away from the normal shuffle.
Same here, i love healing shuffle it’s really fun, people who don’t like it normally don’t even press buttons to save there team mates.
These are my healer solo shuffles of the day.

The fun continues!
Yeah it goes both ways though. The MMR is goofy in shuffle and FOTM specs can climb really high really fast. I’m on my boomkin atm and i’m 11-3 in shuffle so far and its putting me in rank 1 lobbies when all i’m doing is tab target dotting, starfalling and starsurging. Its pretty likely i’ll just randomly get blown up in one of these lobbies and not see it coming at all and it will tilt my healer.
Goes the other way too. I was on my rogue and my resto druid ran, out of stealth, into the middle of the map and got sapped, which he insta trinketed, into a DB sheep, forcing me to trinket cloak to survive the go, then 20 seconds later I got kidney’d and died. The next round he did it again, this time walking into the mid and getting sheeped for free as a druid, then letting his own rogue die in a kidney in the opener.
Whats alarming to me is that this was a game I sat in a 59 minute queue for at 7pm CET on the second day of the reset and the second week of the season. The game is that starved for healers that it feels like i’m playing at 3 AM in 5 months into the season and when it does give you a lobby, its 2 rank 1s, 2 perma 1400 rated players and 2 0 CR players and the lobby MMR is 1600.
how the hell are you healing that much lol compared to the other healers. You should be oom like 8 times over 0.o
Invoke Yu’lon, Thunder Focus Tea, and Enveloping Mist spam!
As for mana, TFT + Free Vivify helps.
I play with Tea of Serenity, so that’s up to 4 free Vivify that I can use.
Slap 5-10% off of the stat bonus for DPS and honestly Shuffle could be very fun after a couple of outliner nerfs again.
But you were never high rated. :o
I guess ending a season above 97% of the rest of the playerbase is garbage tier then.
You’re either glad or you’re trash, right?
I just dont take -2k score to be that good that’s all
Edit: Specially in RSS kek
Ah yes, your CR is 2027 and mine only 1986.
Truly, you are leagues above my skill level.
In any case, what you take to be good is completely irrelevant.
If being in the top 3%, meaning above 97% of the playerbase isn’t “high rated”, then nothing is.
2k right now in shuffle is definitely not low rated.
Thought you were talking about end of season 2k rating. That’s what i had in mind. 2k atm is good. End of season, not so goog.
