I expect gameplay time compensation for server shutdown

the disturbance in service I and other players pay for on weekly reset no less creates a very bad impression, I personally am extremely frustrated at the fact that I can’t play the game I pay for a monthly subscription for. - this is unacceptable.

Considering the fact that the subscription based payment model for WoW is not a norm on the market I expect pristine quality of the service, especially its availability and stability - your competition on the market doesn’t require monthly subscriptions and is capable of providing a stable service.

While emergencies happen I expect the service provider to compensate me for the service being unavailable - it’s your your responsibility to keep the service available, and on that account you failed.
