I feel scammed by Blizzard Gear store

Hello,
I am writing this post because I feel totally helpless about my recent order from Blizzard Gear store.
I placed an order for Shadowlands T-shirt on 21th March, but the store’s system passed invalid delivery address to the shipping company, so I did not receive my order. I tried to intervene and I contacted Blizzard Gear support through email and asked them if they could resend me the package on correct address. The support employee promised me they will resend it once it arrives to them.
It was on 5th May and I still have not received my order, nor money I paid. I tried to contact with the support asking about the status of my order, but despite automated emails were ensuring that my message was delivered, no one responded. I even tried to write from another email address, but with the same result.
I don’t know what I can do in this situation. The only way to contact EU store is through email address customer.services@blizzardgearstore.com but they are not responding to me.
I would understand if something like this happened if I was ordering from a suspicious store, but not from the official store of such huge and well known company like Blizzard.

I don’t think Blizzard has directly handled the store for long time now so I doubt they can help you much. I think Fanatical handles them nowadays.

EU/UK store at https://www3.blizzardgearstore.com/customer-help-desk seems to have more contact options besides the email, assuming you ordered from the UK/EU store.

If you can’t contact them then probably best bet is to contact your credit card company and request refund that way if the Fanatics Customer Support is not responding.

I posted on this forum before about bad behavior by Fanatics, the company running the Blizzard gear store, and nobody connected to Blizzard on this forum cares (or cared to answer).

Sure, Fanatics might be besmirching the Blizzard brand - not that Blizzard’s handling of the gear store was much better when they still ran it - and Fanatics staff was downright rude, abrasive and did not care one bit about delivery times or orders not being sent out; but it’s no longer a Blizzard-ran operation, they just license out the name and merchandise.

Sorry to say but I think that if you can’t contact them with the means available on their website, it was my experience in my last post that no blue poster on this forum will care and I concur with the poster above that you should open a dispute with your credit card company (or with Paypal, which I found is more helpful in these situations than people give them credit for).

Sorry to hear about the problems with your order.

As mentioned above we would recommend you use the options here to contact the Gear Store Support Team for assistance with this.

I’ve contacted the support through phone number provided on the website and this time my call was answered. I tried to avoid contacting through this method, because for someone like me living outside UK it’s a bit expensive. But anyway, an employee promised me a refund. They will try to give me a refund on my credit card and if it won’t work they contact me and try to refund with other method. Really a shame that their email seems to be abandoned, but after all this mess I’m happy that I’ve been able to at last contact with someone on their side.
Update: The employee confirmed that my refund is now processed and it should appear on my bank account in 3-5 working days.

This issue was confirmed resolved. Because the Gear Store is longer managed directly by any Blizzard support teams I’m closing this thread.
