I took a week off work to play some WOW. I logged in today doing some quests and BOOM i get a logged out saying my account was suspended for a week. Now i dont know what for exactly but at the very most i could of done is use some bad language in response to people trolling in ranked pvp games (going afk in solo shuffle arena etc)
A week ban for bad language is a absolute joke. Especially considering the circumstances.
I made a appeal but apparently it takes a week roughly for appeals to be reviewed. (Makes no sense!)
Im so annoyed at the incompetence of the person who decided this. A chat ban cool, but a account suspension is a joke!
If this is not resolved by tomorrow ill be unsubscribing and uninstalling game.
Im not paying sub for nothing when i cant even play!

if they dont fix this today, you can happily have my whole account as ill never play this game again if this is how customers are treated.
they even waited till my month subscription renewed to apply a week ban!
Ban discussions aren’t allowed on the forums.
You remain responsible for the account under any circumstances.
You would’ve received a week silence before a week suspension. This would be penalty 2 then hm?
At the same time of an appeal, they would also need to investigate if it can be overturned. This takes more time then a regular question.
The GM’s follow guidelines in their professional duty to maintain an uniform ruleset for all players. That includes you.
They will not buckle for threats nor deadlines.
Penalties that include gametime, will not be compensated for and is stated in clear language in the terms you accepted.
Finally, all bans are accompanied with a reason - you should’ve received an email check your spam folders otherwise.
You may always appeal, which you did. Nothing you can do but wait for the answer.
Firstly get off your high horse acting as if you have any insight into the situation.
There was no previous ban i haven’t played for over 4 years prior to this expansion. There was no previous bans or suspensions. This is why im annoyed.
Like i said i dont know what exact instance this was but im a player that keeps to myself.
The most i could have possibly done is use bad language at a party member who was intentionally AFK / trolling to make our team lose ranked games.
If punishing me for getting annoyed, instead of punishing the player who is literally CHEATING, then i can see why this game has become what it has become.
