For those that want stats on the nob rocket, day 2, 3rd run on alt, I only run for the box, I don’t rerun same toon, no help I know but people have been curious ingame.

Yesterday I had the deer mount and the saber mounth drop from a seed AND got the rocket afterwards from the event dungeon.
I’m never getting anything again this year…
That’s what I thought after the first two dropped, that’s my luck for the month, I was only doing the CCC for the tokens to buy the mount.
First time I’ve ever gasped at a drop.

i stopped farming rare mounts like 5 years ago, got bored of the grind, now i just buy them on BMAH
and here I am still getting same cloak 6th week in a row

Love is not in the air… even if you have 60 of those 70lvl characters and run even every day 14 days. You still only get to around 25% drop chance so need luck to finish in a year or even two the 840 chances in a year is little for one year.
The drop chance increase for the 14 attempts is pretty much useless. Therefore even if they double old chance for 14 days or every attempt to 1 out of 1666,5 you still need 2 years to finish using 60 characters with mediocre luck, bad luck more and good luck less like 75% of chances or under.
Whilst I did get Mimiron’s head last week can I borrow you for a Dragon Soul run, you can have Handmaiden’s thingy just give me the Blazing Drake…
I have them but there’s no way you’ll ever get me back on Spine.
Doing Ulduar run 5 billion, this streak seems to be purposely skipping Wrath mounts!
You know you can keep an Ulduar Lockout on an alt and share it with your other characters via LFG? Used to be able to in ICC as well, assume you still can (got Invincible a long time ago).
This is how I farmed Mimiron’s Head, I only had to kill Yogg himself every week.
This also works in Firelands but sadly not in Dragon Soul for some twisted fate of the old gods…
I could never get that to work, tried it years ago, if I did get it to work guaranteed I’d forget to extend the lockout
It’s easier these days, you used to have to faff around with swapping from Normal to Heroic. Now you just keep a Heroic Lockout on an Alt (you do need to remember to extend it but it last for at least a month before disappearing).
Extend Lockout.
Create Group in LFG.
Swap to Alt.
Find group and Apply to join.
Swap back to Lockout holder.
Invite Alt.
Swap back to Alt.
Enter Raid (no need for Lockout holder to enter, in fact probably best not to be in there).
Wait til Alt is Group leader.
Uninvite Lockout Holder.
Go kill Yogg.
Repeat with all your other alts.
