wow jost insane i got kicked out of a dungeon for doing high dps… hahahaha i was in the classic sandfury one and 2/3 in it i got kicked out for his quote " your doing too much dps so you have to go".
who in their right minds do that like??? wow you need to put in a system thats doesnt allow them to kick you until there 99% into the instance as im now going to get kicked for doing my role and this is on my night elf hunter im leveling up.
So basically prior the last boss? Since that happens too and players get shafted for it.
Lets be honest. The group gave a crap reason since they wanted you out and the majority agreed, sad but the only way to avoid it is to have a majority in there or run a friends/guild only group for best results.
i dint pull anything i shouldnt have, i did my role perfect and i just got kicked for me doing my role i was hitting 3k dps on my hunter quite i bit and after that the tank kicked me and then i asked someone he wasnt happy as i was able to kill the mobs and use my freeze trap and binding shot to stun them.
shouldnt it be the opsite like of what im doing for them to kick you i mean its not fair on those that are really good at the role and then pufff kicked there should be a system that sked why and then goes " not kicking as this isnt a vaild reason".

or he has a hunter that is crap and seeing my dps going through the roof has made him jealous.
The party may iniate a kick for any or no reason and as long as the majority agrees this is deemed a valid reason to be kicked from the group. As Veggiette said, don’t take it seriously.
Edit: Unless the party has actually behaved offensive e.g. used insults you can only report them for that.
as soon as the kick window appears most people just press yes so that it goes away
There’s a CD before you can press “Yes” nowadays so pressing no is the faster choice.
many people still just press yes because they think “probably has a valid reason and i dont care anyways”
So a lack of empathy that they would wait the whole cooldown before pressing yes, even if they can read the reason during said cooldown sadly enough shrug nothing Blizzard can do more about that.

stuff like that happens, had it once happen to me, on headless horsman, on the lowbie adds, becuse I ran in and did holynova them to death, tank and one dps started to complain I should heal and not dps. before we even started the fight and kicked me lol.
ps this was before mobs started to scale
It is actually the pressure to disagree.
So if 3 players disagree then the pressure is on the votekick initiator no?
For sure you get some disagreement in the group 
When you want to ‘keep the peace’ you better vote yes.
Or, just votekick the guy who iniated the disagreement especially if its for an abusive reason wasting everyone’s time.
Aww sorry mate, that happens when I’m tanking sometimes. I just randomly vote to kick a DPS, for S’s and giggles. Don’t take it personally. On the plus side, it shows how idiotic the system is, since I leave the group if my vote kick fails and I only have to leave 10% of the time, 9 out of 10 times nobody even read my crappy excuse.
It happens mate, I had a Mythic + run where the leader had some personal issues IRL (it was a women with small kids that annoyed her a lot) so she decided to throw her frustrations on the people she met in-game.
She kicked me before the last boss thinking I wouldn’t get loot and vault progression. Well, luckily we have a lot of anti-a$$holes mechanisms implemented and I got the loot because they killed the boss with 4 people.
Sad people game to distract themselves from their miserable lives and sometimes you are in the wrong group meeting them.
Be happy you are not them and move on.
I really have No idea what happened, but was doing a dungeon, got in a group first boss was almost down then just before the boss died I got kicked out of the group. Now I am aware that I might not be doing the DPS that I need to do, but still gearing up and now I have to wait 25 min for doing something for being kicked for something I did not know.
