First I apologize in advance because It might be not the best solution to post here but im desperate,and i have some questions about my situation and i don’t know what else can i do.
So the issue here is that my main email and my account was hacked the past Sunday 28 of April. The hacker changed the email of my battle.net account (with WoW and Hearstone incalculate valuable) and stole all my account and information. Not only my battle.net, also all the accounts on the email ( video broadcast platforms, Social networks, games accounts and of course Battle.net).
I have manage to secure my PC and my email Account after many hours but still i set up a new fresh email account to be more safe.
The funny part of the storie is that i was playing a M+ retail with guild mates when the hack happen, and the hacker got online into my account few minutes later on the party with my guildmates. Of course all my guild reported my account to block it on pourpose to prevent the hacker to do anything, but we think we were to late and don’t know if that worked.
I opened a ticket the same Sunday explaining all the situation with all the screenshots i can provide but i don’t have any response yet and i don’t know what to do next.
So here is the questions:
How long it will take to respond my ticket? and is there anything else i can do more? I’m really afected about the situation and i can’t not imagine losing my account I invest so much time and money.
Im worried about the fact that we massive report my account in pourpose with guildmates online in that time to prevent the hacker do anything with my items, gold, delete characters etc. So if I get back my battle.net account maybe my Wow Account is ban or block?
Again sorry if this is not posted in the right topic i just want to do all i have at the reach of my hand to have my account back as it was.
The current wait times are really long atm(around 7 days last time I checked). Also a gm will read the reports and understand why your account was reported by your guild mates.
Blizzard are one of the better gaming companies out there at helping people with stolen accounts. Try not to panic to much. Try work on securing your pc and think about how you managed to get your digital accounts stolen. I’m sure Blizzard will sort you out.
Also don’t make new tickets, Just add information to your current one if you need to write anymore so you don’t go back to the end of the queue again. Do you have an authenticator active? I suggest you add it if not.
As you said, I tried to follow all the steps they required and be as efficient as possible (I just want my account back as fast as possible as it’s the first week of the patch). I opened a single ticket on Sunday (it’s been more than 50 hours since the hack and the ticket) and shared all the information at once. Sadly, I can’t do more.
In my opinion, it’s a shame that cases like this have a wait response of 7 days while the hacker is inside my account. This service is the only one I have not received a response from yet, out of all the hacked ones, and sadly it’s the one I care about the most since I’ve invested so much time and money for so many years.
At the end of the day, it is what it is, and the only thing left is waiting for the ticket to be answered. If anyone has more information on what I could do to help the GM review my hacked account or to speed up the process, let me know.

I just want to make constance somewhere that my ticket has vanished right know in front of my eyes from the ticket Inbox. Is not in the archive ticket section, nothing… i waited almost 3 days patiently with all the Blizzard instructions for what? now i have to wait 7 more days until today? this is a joke.
I didn’t recive any email that my ticket was close or something furthermore i have the email opening it on Sunday.
Can anyone help with this situacion what just happened to my ticket?and my account?

The ticket id regarding my hack that has been vanished was #94328357
Sometimes tickets do dissapear but they usually return shortly afterwards, so probably nothing to worry about. I’m not sure why it happens, maybe it’s when they are doing something with it or their end.
The update is that the ticket was vanished without any email or archived or any notification not response for waiting 3 days. And it’s one hour into the vanish issue, so i don’t only have to worry about my situation with the account hack, also I have to worry about my tickets “suddenly vanishing” without any notification, i have the email that confirm opening that ticket.
I really need and explanation here of what happened with the ticket and my hack account because it’s been 3 days already waiting so i don’t want to start again waiting the 7 days waiting room.
it could not be posible because this account is fresh and the ticket should be then on “archive inbox” on ticket pages but is nothing there so i think of three options:
the page bugged and my ticket got vanished
Someone on blizzard just read my ticket and close it, or something like that but i didn’t recive any notification or email about the ticket
They are looking at the ticket and the page is bugged because they are looking at it but it has been to long to check the case i’s been multiple hours already
Hope was that but i think it was up for three days and i recive the email confirmation that the ticket was submitted, i doubt that’s an option but at the end of the day my account is still hack and Im waiting for the ticket asnwer.
It looks like you’ve made several tickets, on different accounts. Please do follow up on your current tickets, and a GM should be able to assist you from there.
Pleas help me with this situation I’m devastated. I can not understand why after waiting patiently to my account hacked my ticket was anwered SUPER POORLY with out any effort and my account is still hack.
Basicaly they answer my ticket saying they need more information about my account regarding of bank Id transactions, Wow characters transfer realms, Hearstone cards and packs Etc. I writed all the information and more they asked without a doubt.
The problem is that some few minutes ago my ticket was marked as ANSWERED with:

The problem is my account is still hack and no one recovered it. and the hacker is on it afk on battle.net since sunday. ALSO the GM erase all my information i provide in the ticket but i have a screenshot of all. It’s a pity because i think the GM has no dedicated even a minute to check all the information i provide and maybe thought the account hack was the one im writting now.
I don’t know I’m desperate and it’s my main account for real I am avialbe to do anithing to prove it bank extracts, phone number, i can call CS to talk to someone. But please review my case properly.
It must be a joke that after so many years paying subscriptions and putting time and effort on my account the GM can’t not verifyr it’s my account. I can not imagine a hacker providing his real phone number bank transactions, screenshots of payments in the account before the hack happens untill month ago, and putting so much time and effort I’m putting it to recover my account. For safety reasons i will not post any information i attach to the ticket but trust me it was long detailed information.
Please help me I have so many things in my account and Im devastated.

Also i tried to post this same issue in the Spanish forums in my Native language and the spam bot block my post there after spending one hour writting all the details.
Quick question, just to make sure: your full name, as it appears in your state ID, is on the acccount, right?
If so, that ID what they will ask for (I don’t know why Blizzard would ask about Hearthstone transactions, they have all that data for the account) and that’s what will get you your account back. If this was comp RO, they will probably reinstate everything the hacker did to your account.
Customer support is very lacking at the moment because of decisions that the company made that have a hard impact on the people working the queues.
If someone is still in the account deleting your tickets, make a new account from a completely fresh email and prepare ANOTHER fresh email to use on your main account.
Make sure these new addresses aren’t compromised. Please also think about how someone can get your login information to websites that all offer multifactor authentication, there’s something about you compromised deeper than you think.
Again this morning I got contacted by another Korean GM, and this time they TYPOED the new email I set up for recovery, even though I wrote it multiple times along with the ticket and double-checked it was written correctly. They were missing a letter…
This ticket and some responses earlier demanding me more information already got typos on it, if you want i can post some quotes from the tickets censoring some information but this is awful i can see 3 typos even thought Im not an English speaker. at least if you are working double-check you are writting things right
and they again close the ticket…
I am very disappointed with this customer service and hope they fix this soon.
