You kinda forgot mention it was at the Cobalt Assembly, where arcane buffs are all around
Totally normal, invincibility, 1M+ HP, and so on, if you collect the right powers - a bit like in Torghast, but in open world, and only in the Cobalt area

This WQ is super fun on paper, but pure cancer in practice, because on high pop realm, there’s always that 1 guy that collects tons of powers, and just kills players non-stop long after he completes his quest. Quite sad actually, but what can you do.
