Just went to the barber and every single skin apart from a few Dragonflight skins is now locked. Even druid of the flame is locked, despite currently using it.
Anyone else got this issue?

I created a new druid today and realized this, hence why I found your topic. But my main druid seems to have all the skins still. But if I create a new character - it cannot access any other skin than those from Dragonflight.

Same problem here. Came back after a break. After using the barber once, my form skins were gone.
Have the same issue but it only looks like the skins are gone. I found a semi reliable workaround for this by entering the barbershop chair as the animal form i want to change, that seems to allow you to access the forms you should have available. If you want to change aquatic or travel form then enter the chair as bear form and cross your fingers, works about 50% of the time.

use the reset button at barbershop, thats the fix
Had this earlier and logged out and back in and they were there again,
I feel like I’ve been losing my mind about this lol. The second it came back, I used the form – snapped me back to my racial form.
It’s super weird. But would love to get my appearances back. Even lunarwings gone
