My pet just keeps on doing weird things:

  • It attacks random targets for no reason
  • It puts me randomly in combat in openworld content
  • In Arenas, it keeps standing in weird positions, sometimes it goes AFK

I have the same issue. I’m forced to keybind my ghouls move and attack spells in order for it to listen. Never had the same issue to this degree with my Hunter pets.

My ghoul is attacking other enemies than the one I am focused on, and often it is gone because it has run half way across the map to chase down an opponent I long stopped fighting.

It’s a ghoul, it’s meant to be a moron.

unless it’s one of those ghouls that wear a tophat and monocle.
