Yes I did, how is that funny? Some quests will take a minute, some will take 5, many quests are done together, efficiently. What’s funny is you doing 5 quests per hour and then complaining to Blizzard that you’re poor.

I’m always pulling 4-5 mobs, they all die in like 4gcds. Mount up, pull 4-5more and the quest is done.
I remember a quest from yesterday with domesticated fell boars. That quest was super frustrating because I had to spend like 5min on it and there was no way to speed it up.
Another annoying quest was feeding the drakes because of quest item CD.
Go back and do the quests you didn’t do because of the XP buff
You are exagerating a bit. I quest pretty fast with just auto-clicking and flying as fast asap to the little icons on my questie map but I don’t finish an entire zone in a couple of hours. Takes me 2 evenings. Still way faster than 200g per 3-4h though. Truth probably somewhere 3/4 in the middle at your side 
It also depends on how well you are geared and how well your class can AoE mobs down. Hunter can kill solo mobs very fast, but groups of mobs are harder, especially if you just do it with your blue/green quest gear.
(nearly) Full SWP geared boomie, I also don’t lose time to mount and since prepatch 99% of quest item objects I can loot while airborne in swift flight form. I oneshot any non elite mobs and I can clear out packs of 20 in under 10 seconds. I selfheal and I innervate and I barely have any downtime at all.
I’m really not exaggerating. People clear SWP in a half hour while it took my guild 2-3 hours.
Not everybody is this quick/efficient though, but OP’s exaggerating about the struggle of making gold.
Note that my experience comes from Giantstalker where we all just hit 70
Every area is packed so it’s often a tag game and whenever I can I just pull multiple mobs just to get the tag ( when a bunch respawn at the same time).
As hunter in green/blue gear I can’t just shadowvolley them, so I have to keep my cat on the 3-4 mobs and take them down one by one.
Also, didn’t know you keep in flight form! I now recall that I did as druid back in the day. Non-druids dismount when they loot items.
I’m absolutely no AH expert, I just mine and sell everything and made about 7k in 2 weeks. I have a job and a family and only play in the evening. Hope this helps.

Just do dailies and all quests on outland. Quel’Danas alone gives 150g/day and all quest on out 4-5k.
Imagine rolling fresh and complaining that you have no gold … mindblowing.
The thing is, the fresh economy isn’t actually doing that bad already. It really was just the first week to 10 days where there was no gold around. Now, you can easily make plenty on AH or once 70, from quests/dungeons/whatever.
