Can anyone link a powerpoint presentation of a step by step guide with screenshots with arrows pointing where I need to click in order to get Precognition on my belt? For the life of me, I can’t figure this out.
If I type “Embelishment” in Crafting Orders or AH, nothing comes up.
If I type “Precognition” in Crafting Orders or AH, nothing comes up.
So far, with the help of a guildie, I found that Statuette of Foreseen Power is supposedly precog, it’s description reads: “Become empowered when interrupted while not casting.” Even if I somehow managed to find this item on my own, how THE F*CK am I supposed to figure out that this is precog? And how THE F**K do I put it on my belt?
People who designed this need to be fired.
You’ll find Statuette of Foreseen Power in AH under trade goods – optional reagents. You can get it added on a crafted piece of gear in the optional reagent slot either while getting it crafted or through recrafting. You can only insert an optional reagent on a crafted item I’m afraid. There’s also a max two embellished crafted pieces of gear that you can equip at once.
I must say the crafting system has been quite a doozy to learn your way around this expansion, there are some definite good sides to it but it can be pretty convoluted indeed.
So I cannot put precog on my Verdant Gladiator belt, it must be a crafted item? So how do I get the PvP Item Level bonus on a crafted item? This is so idiotic …
Yup, but the good news is that you can buy another optional crafting reagent to make a crafted item scale higher in PvP. They can be bought for honor or conquest (Verdant Crest of Honor/Verdant Trophy of Conquest).
DF crafting is bad user experience
google my friend
People who can’t grasp the work order system are probably those that also–
Well, if I use this comparison, I will be banned.
U need 2 Phds to play this ,game,. Full of overcomplicated balast. And nothing leads you except few fun sites like mmochamp… No wonder why there arent newbies…
If you a cloth wearer you can have PvP belt - Infurious Binding of Gesticulation and or a PvP legs - Infurios Legwraps of Possibility crafted from a tailor. You cannot add embellishments to these though.
To add that particular embellishment you will need to order a Vibrant Wildercloth Girdle and then place the order with the stats you need, the embellishment you want and be sure to add Verdant Trophy of Conquest to make the item PvP ilv 489 in BG. Assuming you want it for PvP.
Dont forget to add the Enchanted Wyrm Dreaming for ilvl 476 or Aspects Dreaming Crest for ilv 486.
You can get one Wyrm crests from the Emerald Dream Rep reaching Renewon 20 and another for killing Fryak from the raid quest.
Otherwise you will need to farm in upper PvP rated brackets or by doing M+ 13 - 17 for Wyrms and 18+ for Aspects.
I strongly suggest you ask a crafter and avoid the public order system as you wont be guaranteed a five star item.
Adding an “enchant” on my belt shouldn’t be this convoluted …
Yea, it comes across as bit complicated but if you been levelling profession you get used to it.
Just some friendly advice - remove the disguised swear words from your posts as the forum regulars are flag trigger happy and will report you for breaking the forum rules. (feel my eyes roll )
First, I want to thank all of you here who responded and, second, I would like to sum it up.
- I can’t put this PvP embelishment on a Gladiator belt, I can only put it on a crafted belt.
- There is a PvP crafted belt I can order but I can’t put an embelishment on it.
- I have to order a PvE crafted belt if I want to have an embelishment.
- I have to find the right item in AH for this Embelishment called Precognition without using the words “Embelishment” or “Precognition.”
- In order to add PvP ilvl bonus to this item, I need to buy an optional reagent for capped Conquest Points meaning I have to decide whether I want a gladiator item or an embelishment. I got bonus FU points because I spent Conquest on a Gladiator Belt …
- In order for the item to have a high general ilvl I have to farm M+ for Aspect’s Dreaming Crests.
- I should avoid setting up a public crafting order as it doesn’t guarantee me a five star item.
- I literally have to, somehow, find a crafter and personally talk to them in order to secure the highest quality of the belt I want.
I have to know all of this in order to put an “enchant” on my belt. I stand by my initial statement: People who designed this need to be fired.
You don’t need rank 5 if it’s only for PvP. It will still be 489 in PvP if you add the PvP crafting thing to it, even if the belt itself is rank 1.
The experience to level it up is a bad user experience but myself love how they implemented items to both pvp and pve for those who make an effort to level them up.
It’s nice when players can make a profit after they make an effort.
Precog is indeed an embellishment, and the way you create it is on the workorders bench. You can actually make it on any item, and it is an optional ingredient. You also need to provide an item level upgrade token, which can be bought from the PvP vendor.
Workorders can be placed in Valdrakken to the right of the profession stands - there’s 3 of them I think, one of them is a Pandaren with a yellow streak in her hair.
I mean I am fair judge who doesn’t like blizzard and their employees much but it is you who is so stupid you can’t even google a work order guide for embellishments and create it.
As far as I remember I watched a 5 minute video by skipping constantly and dropped it down to 2 minutes, learned how to do it, dropped the video creator a like and now we’re good.
Perhaps I should’ve also raged on internet and tried to get them fired for making me watch a 5 min video
