I keep disconnecting upon logging into the game

The title says it all.
I was changing characters, then my loading screen froze, and since that I can’t even get into character selection screen, I get constant DCs while trying to log back into wow.
I am getting WOW51900123 error

Same here, but it seems they are aware of it already. When I clicked on HELP, it said “Uhoh, we are aware of some issues”

I doubt its the authentication servers, after all, it gets as far as to log in then insta-disconnect. More likely to be a problem with the world servers.

Blizzard hasnt learned anything during the expansions, each expansion coming you think they learned from the last time, but nope … was bad but got worse after activision …

yup same, I can log into wow classic but not retail, upon retrieving the servers I get disconnected immediately
