I keep getting same error while redeeming my CE code

I keep getting error saying: You already have access to an item that’s included in this product, but we are unable to return its cost to your Battle.net Balance at this time. For more information on how you can claim your Battle.net Balance, please read this support article .” btw “this support article” link is broken, page is not found.

I just want to play my game please? I couldn’t do early access despite having collectors edition already.

EA ruined whole launch experience and now, because i at least wanted the access to housing i cant have my edition at all? And there is 0 help on the site.

For the reimbursement we’ve seen more problems with it, you’ll have to contact Support for a manual balance refund:
