I keep getting some intro movie whenever I log in on my lvl 80 characters

Deleted my WTF/ cache, had to redo ALL settings in wow (not just UI). Found out it’s ridiculous how many settings there are in this game.
Still get the intro video, CONSTANTLY.

Very annoying.
Any fixes? Multi billion company, yet this bug has been in the game since 11.1

my wife keeps getting the undermine video. dont know how to turn it off

The most usual cases why people watch videos again are (1) some addon interfering or (2) the game is installed in a location where the user does not have administrative rights.

I know it’s not much consolation but at least they are aware of the problem so it’s on the to do list.
