We love trolls too I also wish mechagnomes joined horde, too many humans and elves in alliance.
Gnomes - and by extension, Mechagnomes - are naturally curious creatures. We can learn anything. We can be monks, we can be priests - becoming a paladin or a druid is just the logical next step.
There’s nothing that would make either class a bad fit for a Gnome. Especially as a mechagnome, shapeshifting is just an engineering trick away!
Honestly, best race to become a prot warrior.
Give them a big shield like Bulwark of Azzinoth, and a giant one handed sword, like the blackrock foundry black flaming sword, and let them tank.

why are you troll? gnomes are the least popular race in alliance. mechagnomes even more so. stop. gnomes have bad camera placement. annoying sounds. weak lore. cant even conquer capital from mutated troggs after 15 years. stop.

Why this is not a thing? Mechaforms would be amazing, imagine ripping and tearing enemies with metal claws, also mechanical bear seems very tanky. Imagine also shamans with turret totems and using lightning bolts!
