I also have one… though i have no idea where i got it from.
It must have been from a world quest because that’s how I noticed mine.
I wonder if it was from the weekly in Valdraken. I’ve done the WQ’s on my main and a couple of alts and only my main has got one, but i don’t do the weekly on the alts only on the main. That’s the only difference i can think of.
Iirc I noticed it in my bag before going back and handing in the weekly quest.
Apparently these can drop them…
I did do the weekly quests in that area and remember killing a couple of them doing the WQ, so maybe that’s where i got mine.
