Hello, today I noticed that my character is gone and I don’t know what happened to it?

Have you checked if you have deleted it by mistake? You should be able to restore it if so.

Strange. Only things i can think of why a character would not appear in the list is if it had been deleted (but as you said you checked that) and if you were looking at the wrong realm but since Badbløød is on the same realm i’m guessing that is not the case either. (and Emmanüel does show in armory on the same realm).
At that point all i can suggest would be to open a ticket and ask if they can check for you.
