I suggest you check with your bank/card that Blizzard has actually taken the money and it’s not just reserved in your account.

Hi, I have the exact same problem, I paid the monthly subscription but the game time is not added to my battle.net account. The money left my bank and I received a confirmation email from Blizzard.

There’s obviously something wrong with the date and I think you’ll have to make tickets. But just checking you are paying on the EU site as all the renewals say PST which is Californian time. Or maybe they always quote that time but I don’t remember them doing so.

So sometimes the Battle.net App can display the wrong status due to caching issues, but if you log into the game itself, it should be playable. If not, you can always try resetting your password which will refresh its status. You can do so via this guide:

I also reset the password but still the same problem. I made a ticket but it takes 11 days to get a response, so I tried once more to top up the account to be able to continue playing, but this time it worked. YOU OWE ME ONE MONTH’S GAME BECAUSE MONEY HAS BEEN WITHDRAWED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
Usually if it fails this shortly afterwards it means your payment failed, and the reserved funds should return to your shortly in some business days depending on bank.
