Oh wow this is going to be a real shoot show

What about rets? Are we getting another rework, which nobody asked, where rets dmg will be increased by 100% and nothing else changes gameplay wise?

Pala will counter almost every class in the game and every game will go to 90% damp. Enjoy.

The rework for class tree is like 70% for PvP, if not even more. Which is extremely confusing.
The divine protection is not 100% damage reflection. Not even close. So he read and wrote about this wrongly.
Have a feeling LoH will still be affected by dampening, just healing reduction effects will not be. But I might be wrong on this one.

Last time I looked, the changes to the class tree is a 3% nerf for hpala in PvE but an actual buff for PvP which is horrible for healing tunings sake.

It is not 100% reflection but counterstrike totem isn’t either. It was in Legion for a moment.

Looks like it’s time to pack the bags again soon.

The text says:
Eye of an Eye:
Melee and ranged attackers receive (35% of Spell power) Holy damage each time they strike you during Divine Protection and Divine Shield.)
The PvP talent: Spellbreaker is:
Eye of an Eye can now also trigger at 100% effectiveness from Magic damage.)

Now, the dmg “reflection” last time I looked are quite low, but things can have changed. The magic damage part of spellbreaker can, depending on how it actually works and how much dmg you really do take from it, be broken facing dotters.

So cdew writing its 100% damage reflection is wrong from the getgo.
But hpala will def be stronger based on all the PvP talents being added into class tree.
Basically looking into the tree, it feels like a PvP dev showed up, added some random PvP talents and smacked it into the class tree and said “This is great”.
