Got 460ilvl weapon, not a BiS one but still very good and better than pair of boots with wrong stats.

Got the Manifesto of Madness on my Alliance Mage… happy with that. 
That being said, my Shadow Priest got a M15 475 Baleful Branch that said Mage would’ve loved more so! [240 Mastery, 4k INT /1m30s]… QQ
Your mage would of probably set fire to that twig trinket anyway, hooray for mainfesto of Madness!!

I also got the Manifesto on my Ele shaman with a socket! I was soooo happy, because before that I used up all my bonus rolls in M+ cuz I still had a crappy blue WQ trinket.

Terrible on all 12 of my characters i’ve done it on , maybe 2 upgrades out of all of them 
Well, I tried to get my weapon on Heroic and I failed to acquire it for 15 weeks in a row. 35+ of them were given out, some to people who legitimately needed them, but many to offspecs and alts.
This was almost entirely because of personal loot. There was nothing anyone in my guild could do about it.
And then I kill Carapace Mythic, and I get both my BiS pieces from it at once. One drops, the weapon, and the other I bonus-rolled.
RNG… oh man
