Somehow after not logging in for a few months when i did my account was set to a US Starter account instead of my EU main account,i did not notice this and purchased the War Within update for the US Region,is there a way to refund it so i can buy on the correct region?i can not find a way to go to US region and ask for the refund,it always sends me to the EU support for some reason and there it says there are no products for refund,i did not play it,it is at Zero hours of gameplay. Thank you
You should be able to switch the site region from the selector at bottom of every page.

If the self-service doesn’t offer it directly, you should be able to make a ticket from there in any case.
It says there is no products that can be refunded,i have an open ticket now,i think i got to do it on the US help page this time.

Great stuff. Most likely the order is just pending final verification still before it becomes refundable, but with the ticket in support should be able to help get that sorted.

Correct, if you bought them on the US page, you need to refund from the US too, as Blizzard Europe doesn’t have your money, Blizzard US does.
Happened to me before. You have to refund it or just buy the eu and cancel sub for us.
Wow eu and wow us have 2 different keys. They do not overlap. (I decided to keep both but not to renew the us key).
