Human by no chose if you want to max your perfomance.
If you want to play only 3x3, and don’t care about 2x2, there might be other options like orc or undead.
You can do pvp with another races, especially belf, just cosh / vanish in time before fears/seduct. However, it will be somewhat harder to climb up to 2.2k without an undead racial. You will have to professionally dodge fears and keep in mind that the next fear the other team switches in your partner and kills him while you are full cc’d
