Hopefully one day this changes, I also want to say thanks to a lot of the forum posters lately you’ve made me feel very welcome here and the response through battle.net has been great.

This Roscoe reminds me of my Loke when he was a puppy, soon ten years ago! Still thinks he is a puppy though.
That doesn’t belong in the WoW forum because it has nothing to do with WoW.
So, in this case the trust level restriction is warranted, because you would spam the forum with irrelevant IRL stuff. This is a game forum, not Discord.
You’re actually very wrong Blizz forum mods proactively allow forum posts for music and other various things non Warcraft related.

Proactively allowing things and not enforcing the written rules as staff are different pairs of shoes.
I don’t care if you post your IRL stuff here. In most cases it isn’t even harmful. But the written rules as far as I know from reading them last time mention that topics need to be game related in the WoW forums.
If Blizzard doesn’t enforce that rule, its not my problem.

It is WoW related. its a pet thread and WoW has a pet feature, we are just showing off our own dogs to compare them to the dogs in WoW.
And given how most of the “WoW” threads are just petty mudslinging or people crying because they can’t have their cake and eat it I regard this kind of thread as infinitely more interesting and worthwhile.
