Greetings I requested a refund on Dragonflight 3 days ago, but I haven’t received anything back yet? How long does this take and shouldn’t it take about 72 hours at max?
The actual answer time varies up to 14 days atm due a variety of issues, for payment questions it could be faster. After they process your refund it can then still take a couple business days depending on payment method to get it refunded.
Said refund will only succeed if you have not logged into the upgraded license and used any perks that came with it.
Has your refund request been approved yet? Or are you still waiting for it to be approved? Approval isn’t automatic, some refund requests are rejected.
It says in the mail it has been approved.
I see, well it was just the basic one with no perks but I’ll wait 14 days and give an update if nothing has changed by then the mail said "it was approved.

Update: I am still waiting for the Refund asked my bank if a transaction is on its way, Nothing yet…
