Hello. We’re the 15th and someone gifted to me a character boost the 9th. I still did not get it. I asked for help with the support but got no answer. I told them i did not received it, even if it’s tagged as received on my account history, but i don’t have it. There is nothing in my account gift inventory, there is nothing on my character creation list ( top right corner), and when i create a new character, i don’t have the option to do it. Can i have help ? Thank you.
