I still dont see my shield , where bug report

and i cant even find where to report a bug…
for a week now i dont see a shield on my character , i tried everything.
theres so many bugs dude, i encounter a bunch every session, and i dont mean addon bugs, i mean actual bugs in game.
what happened to quality control ?
oh yea, you fired them all

Ive noticed there are few transmog options that simply make your shield invisible, like their ID is there but game doesnt recognize them and doesnt show any image for it .

Try to either remove tmog from your shield, or mog it to different one .

If you’re a miner your shield is replaced by the mining backpack.
Click the icon to remove it & your shield will appear.

i had the same issue
i noticed that when you join an instance the shield magically reappears
until the next time you log out or so

but yes bug still there

Yep, this has happened to me a few times.

Sometimes its there, most of the time it’s not.

But the issue didn’t occur until I changed my Transmog.

I think there are now a few back slot transmogs that hide the shield outright. If you have this bug but the shield is still visible when your weapons are unsheathed unequip your back slot and see if it returns to your back when sheathed

I’m using a backpack mog for my back slot, nothing profession related and this backpack too is now hiding my shield when sheathed.
Changing my backslot appearance back to a cloak makes my shield visible on my back again.

idk if this is a documented change, I didn’t really read most of the patch notes, but it seems to be since 10.0.5

I don’t know if it’s a bug or a feature.
If you want to report it as a bug in case, we don’t have a bug report forum in EU, just the ingame report (Esc, Support, don’t click anything except the big button in the image, enter details.)

i think it’s a completely separate issue

on my warrior i have my back hidden
yet when i login i cannot see my shield
also while the shield is invisible if respec into fury, i cannot see my off hand weapon
also while the off hand is invisible no transmog options are shown for the off hand
the problem appears to be in the off hand slot

My paladin’s shield disappears if I do crafting. I just click away the crafting gear buff, and the shield reappears.
