I stuck in Searing George. I can’t take portal to Dalaran. I came on the place where it is but there is no portal. I can’t take zeppelin to ogrimar. Help!
Hi there, have you tried using your hearth stone? The normal, dalaran and Garrison one (provided you have the latter two)? Have you tried simply walking out of the map or is the gate closed? What do you exactly mean by ‘stuck’?
I mean i can’t get out from this island. There is a point on the map where the portal should be. I’m on the place and there is no portal. I have one hearthstone and its moves me to the inn. On the support page its written that some portals have been removed , but i need it to finished the quest. Its a portal from Searing george to Dalaran.
Okay I did some googling. The portal you are looking for was part of a pre-patch event and has been removed. You can still access Dalaran though to finish this quest you do not need to take the portal to finish the quest:
The quest says I need to get portal back to dalaran but there is no portal.
There are many ways to get to Dalaran:
- Open your Collections tab and use the Dalaran Hearthstone.
- Go to the Mage Tower portal room in Stormwind/Portal Room in Orgrimmar and take the portal to Aszuna. Fly to Dalaran
- Do the Legion starting quests if you have not done them. Most start from the command board.
- Use the scroll in your inventory if you have that from pre-patch
If all else fails perhaps a nice player with a 2 seater mount could come pick you up and fly you to Dalaran.
Allright i read that there is no portal in this place. I don’t know why game tells me something difrent. I don’t know how to get to Ogrimar. I 'm doing quest where its written “take portal from searing george to Dalaran”. I don’t know where Dalaran actualy is, but now i see that is not Ogrimar.
You said your hearthstone teleports you to an Inn, which Inn is it? Open your map and check where the Inn is, then use the flight master or ride/fly to Orgrimmar from there.
Once in Orgrimmar go to the portal room and take the legion portal that ports you to aszuna. From there fly to Dalaran.
Edit: Dalaran is in Northrend at the top of the world map.
I think there was also a zeppelin in Orgrimmar that flies to Northrend if I am not mistaken, it’s been years since I played Horde x)
For us alliance folks its a ship at the harbor that regularly sets sail to Northrend.
Once in Northrend you can fly to Dalaran

I’m pretty sure it’s the Broken Isles version of Dalaran he needs.
Confusing, I know. Dalaran now exists in two places and has crashed into the ground simultaneously

Actualy i don’t need to get to Dalaran. I need to get to Commander Gresh i Ogrimar. I dont know why the game tells me to get to Dalaran?
