I haven’t done high keys in a few years, but even I go “Yeesh” when I see that dungeon pool.
Guess I’ll continue my no-mythic-streak for a while longer.
Yes, you need both to unlock it. And I’d say it’s unlikely that will unlock from just Workshop. Probably we will see Junkyard reappear in S3 or S4 so people who didn’t get the port in DF will be able to get it then.
Indeed. blowing all CD’s so you can come up and do 10% more damage without said CD’s was always a dungeon winning play.

i dont see shrine of storms, arc way, de other side or the snake dungeon on the list, neither do i see uldaman.
mechagon is far away from being the worst dungeon.
it is a short but difficult (tyrannical) dungeon.
ToP certainly brings back terrible memories about the last boss and the second boss when people have not enough dps to kill flags in time lol
Tbf if they dont make some massive changes to Darkflame Cleft, thats gonna be an abomination the likes we have not seen before.
But well, they did manage to fix Brackenhide, even though DC is way worse atm.
Other than that i am fine with the dungeon pool.
I don’t see what’s wrong with Workshop? Mechagon wasn’t a bad dungeon in BFA.
Darkflame crest offers concerns, though a new dungeon for the patch is certainly nice with Operation floodgate.

But yeah DC is looking bad, the only problem i have with mechagon is that we have already had it return, it feels like its not its turn yet.
It depends what blizz will do with it but;
- Terrible hammer mechanic/hax on the first boss.
- Terrible trash before 2nd boss with LoS mechanics.
- Terrible WA depended 2nd boss knowing when you are safe behind a box or not (and still being able to attack yourself)
- Not the biggest fan of the ‘maze’.
- 3rd boss not really caster-friendly.
- No real options for routing or maybe needs S4 BFA seasonal affix.
The community always thinks WoW sucks (yet they still play).

I don’t know anything about this other than you kite the mob through the hammers, it’s not hard.
This trash is messy, but there are worse examples in other dungeons
I’ve never needed a WA to see if I’m standing behind an undamaged box, my eyes tell me that pretty well.
Can’t comment on this as I rarely play caster.
Mythic plus is the most popular content outside of collecting stuff.

What you do is, stack under a hammer, let the hammer kill the trash and bosses. It is just stupid.
My eyes then deceive me. So many times you get damage while you think you are behind it. (Maybe more in combination with something like Quaking which is gone now, of course, but for spreading the group further backwards, technically still behind the box).
But to make it worse; you can use a WA to see you are hiding but you can still attack the boss. For way more damage uptime.
You dont need a weakaura for that. Why act smart if you dont know what yoh are talking about.
There are specific spots behind the box where you can still cast despite being technically behind it and thus avoiding the aoe.
Irony , face it the W/A helped but it was not a must.
From the moment you start using it you do not want to do without anymore.
