I made a Druid, got to level 9, I died because I teamed up with a Rogue in a cave. Rogue aggroed lots of mobs and left me to die. Don’t trust a Rogue, lesson learned.
I made another Druid, this time got to level 14. Took me 2 hours to get bear form, mostly walking. I was meant to go to bed, it was 11:30 PM, I was tired. I thought I’d just finish this quest in Ratchet killing pirates. I was bored and impatient, I aggroed 2 pirates, parry, parry, miss, rekt. What a stupid way to die. I just want cat form.
But now I’m looking at going agane. Lol, it doesn’t even make sense. Like logically, this is so dumb and it’s like watching paint dry, but for some reason it just pulls you back in. Classic really is special.

Yes, it is truly special. A death might enrage you, but when the dust settles, you GO AGANE! So many ways to approach the game. Class, starting zones, professions, gear setup, talent specialisation etc. Everything truly makes every run different in some way.

I’m with you on that one, I think I left retail for good, this HC mode is very addictive and I really enjoy the good old world so much 
My druid is now 15, but had some very close calls, seriously doubt I will get to 60, but the journey is so fun

I feel you, I’m also surprised to be that addicted.
It’s like WoW, but in Dark Soul mode. Just love it.

It’s my 3rd character and after I almost died in the cave in Loch Modan I think I will not enter cave again until the mobs inside are all green. I forgot to check how many HP I had left but it must have been in the single digit number. And I think I will be spending lots of time grinding easy mobs and farming mats for my tailoring and enchanting.

it feels closer to RL too. as in “there will always be people who will jump into an elevator, no matter how often you tell them or how overwhelming the evidence will be, just deal with it”
