JK, but it’s getting absolutely ridiculous. When I got Mad World and everything else, I thought that I’m nearly done with visions. I was only missing the Main Muncher. I used to love them, but now I’m sick of the whole thing. I’d rather do a full 5-mask clear without using the sanity restoration somehow to get the mount rather than this RNG crap that is endless.
I think I got more clears AFTER getting Mad World than before, all with 5 mailboxes open. That means hundreds of attempts, and I just burned through nearly all my 20k+ Echoes of Ny’alotha. Absolutely pathetic.
I’m almost convinced that the mount doesn’t even exist, it’s just a ruse to trick people into farming and make a meme out of it.
Find something super very out of this world important and mail it to someone who need it so very very much.
It’s safe to mail anything… pff, nothing will happen.

This is not the first time i see something about the mail muncher, and i have to say i got it the first time i was able to solo the 5 zones on my main character.
Well, I was hoping that the “complain about it on the internet” strategy might work, but no. Completely out of echoes, got over 30 full clears today (that’s 150+ attempts), nothing to show for it.
No money, no rep, only I guess a few of the tokens used to buy sockets which is okay, but at this point it’s not even that big of an upgrade.
Never knew about mount or achievements but heard on here about mailboxes, so doing a 2 mask yesterday & did the one mailbox in trade centre & yey it dropped - so yes it is random, I think - opened maybe 10 mailboxes over the weeks … And nothing to do with 5 masks or any achievement etc etc
