Hi, I unlocked The Black Hand and I can’t unlock the appearance. I unlocked it on my rogue and I can’t equip it. I also don’t have it in my collections. The item is soulbound. What can I do?
It’s a 2handed mace, so since your rogue can’t equip it you can’t unlock it’s appearance.
As a rogue, you can only unlock appearances for 1handed maces, axes and swords + daggers and offhands. For armor, only leather gear that is not specifically stated for just one class (like a druid tier set for example).
