I want more Skirts, long and short for transmog. Also Venthyr npc clothes should be available

All the cool pirate chest that we can get now, hardly fit with any skirt that is available for cloth users. I dont want to wear pants with it.

And why cant we get the same npc gear the venthyrs are using? I want to have a gothic look to my character.
