as a pvper not using a robe on ur char a tabard is a neccesity anyways.
old school tabards have the cool feature that they leave a gap where the belt would be that on most mogs looks like a belt. its like that on ur mog.
but ye i feel u. unfinished and lazy executed mogs that wouldve had potential are a big bummer.
Especially when all Monk elite sets have looked like garbage after Legion.

Looks good, but there is too much going on in the face personally. I’d tone it down and keep it simple in the face area

I’d like to say that it’s hilarious that the Blizzard forums allow me to post Wowhead links freely, but just told me “I can’t include links in my posts” when I tried sharing my official Blizzard armory on their own webside. 
Looks good! If there’s a redish eye color option, I’d prefer that personally to the yellow, which doesn’t really look like the black/red/gold flair you got going on
There is a red eyes option, but it also turns the skin tone “greenish” which isn’t great.
I think the yellow eyes can somewhat fit with the gold accents on the armor pieces.

Ppl who call blizz lazy are funny. They dont understand the difference between laziness and complete lack of care about existence of pvp content.
