After have mained Horde for over 15 years on Alliance dominated servers on (RP) realms I refused to faction change over to the alliance. However after have begun talking to new people on the Alliance side of the server I decided to give the faction a try.
However I refused to make a human because it felt too simple for me. I thought to myself “Hey why not dwarf”? The Wildhammer Clan is awesome so I decided to make a Shammy. Playing a Dvorf shammy feels great! Awesome beard! Awesome hairstyle! Awesome warpaint! And all transmogs looks great on the character!
My first toon ever was a Dwarf Paladin. It literally contributed to me enjoying this game.
I always referred to my paladin as a Ball of Plate with a funny accent. I loved all the /silly jokes and just the whole vibe it brought.
I’d probably enjoy playing alliance a heck of a lot more if we saw more Gilnean and Dwarven architecture, the stormwind human architecture is so bland and boring imo.
As a Scotsman, the butchery of the accent that Blizzard gave Dwarves is the reason I refuse to play them. I spent the entirety of BFA wishing painful (but quiet) ways of eradicating Magni. He’s forever ruined the word “CHAMPION!”.
