I wished Wraith Walk get less cooldown in TWW

I dont good english write. I cant feedback for blizzard easy.
Checked in Beta. Still dont be good speed boost as 80lvl

Well, alwasy I noticed DK had only slower run in dungeon/raid when once use Wraith Walk, cooldown 1min.
All classes had great speed boost and low cooldown

Why cant be let DK get Wraith Walk use 2 times and less cooldown? Like best Paladin’s charger 2 times speed.
