Done queing. 1930mmr getting stuck ONLY with 1100rated dps. Done CYA. No healer will que if you continue like this GARBONZO

I go 0-6 , every round 65%+ damp and oom cause I am the worst healer cooldown wise and cant trade anymore on that damp or I am oom. Really ffing destroyed RSS for healers this patch
