I might be wrong to write it here, but I tried my best to find ingame ticket option to contact Blizzard support. I am creator of the guild in Stormscale Eu server. Due to inactivity guild leadership went to another player, who is inactive as well. It seems that this new GM is alt of someone who has not played for a long time and I or my friends who played for this specific guild we have no idea who this player is.
Is there any possibility to transfer leadership to me? (again I am creator and owner of the guild from the very first day)

From an exceptional case over at the US side if you were the creator/GM of the guild and the person who dethroned you is wholly inactive (not just active on another toon of theirs on the account) then you may contact Support to get it checked at.

“Remember to note your character in the guild that used to be guild leader and was dethroned as well as the current guild leader that you are trying to reclaim leadership from.”
