Not sure if this is just happening to me or if it is a wider issue, but is anyone else having issues with casting ice barrier? For me it works fine when I have no target or a friendly target, but doesn’t even try to cast if I am targeting a neutral or enemy mob.
If anyone has a workaround I’d be really grateful!
EDIT: Ok, I’ve just realised it’s simply a bug where the cooldown of Ice Barrier is not showing.
It is a really annoying bug and I don’t need the extra difficulty in PvP, thanks.
Look what I got as response of game master:

I logged into your character =character name= to test this out and it seems the cooldown for your Ice Barrier is the Global Cooldown for all spells, which is usually not displayed.
As there isn’t anything obviously wrong here, there’s nothing I can sugges either. "
Do they even know their game?
Apparently not, I’ve put in a bug report about it and just checked that it seems to work fine for the fire and arcane shields.
This is ridiculous.
I have also found quests that are not working (not old ones, but in the new zones). I’ve reported ofc, but don’t have high hopes for fix soon or at all.
Maybe I will try to find a private server instead. Same bugfest, but at least for free 
Mage Barriers are crap. One snooze and they are gone. Barrier Healing needs to be 100% in both PvE and PvP. Every melee right now is insane.
Also Blazing Barrier damage component is a sad joke. Needs to reflect full damage back to all sources and Leech life etc.
