I just completed icecrown citadel normal, i switched to heroic but i can’t enter the dungeon because it says i’m already saved in another istance where the encounter is already been completed.
The only istances that istance info says i’m saved to are icecrown citadel (normal), Maghteridon’s Lair and Tempest Keep.
For most raids that came before Siege of Orgrimmar, you can only do them on one difficulty per lockout (except LFR that doesn’t count). The only exception to that is the Firelands for reasons that aren’t too relevant for this topic.
I see. I forgot to mention that when I entered Icecrown Citadel, my raid difficulty was set up as Heroic difficulty. My bad for not noticing the missing big face on the portal…
