Hello, as the title says the teleporter for Icecrown Citadel to the platform that the Lich King is on seems to be broken where you teleport too low and just fall through the floor to your death. I saw on Reddit that some players can jump and make it through that way but I am but a lowly dwarf and cannot for the life of me make it to the platform, despite having tried about 15 times to no avail. Please fix this asap! Thank you.
P.S. I am happy to send a video of the bug but it seems to be a pretty universal bug at the moment since the anniversary patch and seems like the teleporter just needs to be tweaked a bit.

Have you reported it to Blizzard yet?
The forums are not a bug report, bug reports are made in-game.
as title says. doing icc and after clearing all boss, i was heading to lich king. when i teleported to the frozen throne i started falling off the map… tried it for 4-5 times already and still same resault.

Using “Ancient’s bloom” toy after teleporting worked for me

What seems to be kind of working for me is to wait a few seconds before taking the portal and jump at the same time as you’re teleported, so you should spawn slightly higher… It worked on my dwarf too. Or just try many times until the stars align.

Had it yesterdy and within 24h now i can teleport with no issues
Silver Linin Scepter and jumping on teleport is another trick that worked for me after falling multiple times.

only thing that helped was noggenfogger slowfall, sprint and jump at the right time

I was able to fix it by Maxxing out my view distance and jumping at the right time (Not sure if the jump is required). Cant guarantee it will work for everyone but its worth a shot imo.

spam jumping worked for me after a few times falling through the floor. Submit bug reports please people!
What worked for me:
Mage: going into the teleporter, falling down and directly blink solved my issue.
Priest: jumping into the teleporter with levitate worked after 2 times
Maxing out view distance probably works the best for now.
