I would like to enhance the frames on the icons in my bags and bank so I can see the colors better. I don’t want to install Masque, because it installed Bagnon. I don’t want Bagnon.

Masque doesn’t require Bagnon, but it will require you to use a bag addon of some sort, as Masque doesn’t support the default Blizzard bags, maybe try one of:
- Baganator
- BetterBags
- ArkInventory
- Baggins
- LiteBag
- Sorted
- Inventorian
- Baud Bag
