So frost gonna be 3 min spec for ever…summoning water ele plz it sounds good but ppl will kill it very fast in arenas… 3 min cd is just way too much…i cant believe blizz cant fix this… and i dont like these new changes at all kinda… but lets see if they can make frost fun/good finally everything is open
